Glenn S. Caplan is the founding member of the Law Offices of Glenn S. Caplan, P.C. He was born in New York City in 1967. Glenn graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with Magna Cum Laude honors obtaining a bachelors of arts degree in political science. He also attended New York Law School where he was an editor of the Human Rights Journal and earned his law degree with Cum Laude honors. Glenn focuses his practice on many areas of personal injury litigation, including automobile, construction, premises and lead paint litigation. He also handles estate administration and guardianship matters.

Melinda Kirsch has been associated with the law offices of Glenn S. Caplan, P.C. since 1998. She was born in New York City in 1970. Melinda graduated from the City University of New York at Queens College with a bachelor of arts, earning a joint degree in Political Science and Communications. Melinda earned her law degree at Fordham Law School. While attending law school, Melinda clerked for a New York State Supreme Court Justice. She has worked for litigation firms for over twenty years, clerking while in college and law school, and working as an attorney since 1994.
